Alex Sill is the brilliant young guitarist in the Protocol group, led by Simon Phillips. Morphist was hired to help launch Alex’s blazing debut album, Experiences: Real and Imaginary. We played a key role in establishing the project’s imagery, as well as the narrative that includes famed sidemen Dave Grusin and Otmaro Ruiz. A robust social marketing campaign was devised, including organic and sponsored elements, to support the record and help associate Alex with Simon’s high-profile band. Morphist quickly provided expert photo retouching and graphic design to serve distribution, publicity and social marketing needs.

Social Marketing
We focused primarily on Facebook, which was less developed than Alex’s Instagram profile. His Facebook following tripled in just 3 months, to nearly 2,000 fans.

Videos
Morphist worked closely with Alex to both develop and utilize a variety of audio/video tools for use in social marketing.
