Morphist led marketing activity for the 2015 San Jose Jazz Summer Fest, a major 3-day event with 13 stages and over 125 artists. A wide variety of digital and traditional media were utilized, helping the festival to achieve its revenue targets. Advertising: Web
We produced animated web ads for the big SJZ Summer Fest and then distributed via Google ad networks and Facebook, helping create broad awareness and drive record ticket sales.

Morphist prepared emails to highlight select artists in conceptually different ways each week, prior to the massive San Jose Summer Jazz Fest.

General Brochure
A vibrant tri-fold brochure briefly tells the story of San Jose Jazz festivals, education programs and how to support the organization.

Program Guide
This was the first 8-page program guide ever produced for the SJZ Summer Fest. It featured a comprehensive concert schedule and a map with 13 stage locations.

Research
After Summer Fest we fielded a 36-question quantitative survey among over 500 ticket buyers. Insights were gained about travel, programming, ticket pricing and venues.

Social Marketing
Hundreds of items went up on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, with audience engagement remaining high even two months after the big Summer Fest event.

Videos
Along with the KPIX production team, we created :30 and :15 second video spots for the 2015 Summer Fest featuring headline artists and music from leading Bay Area percussionist John Santos.

Website
Morphist substantially upgraded the previous Summer Fest site with massive content and lots of new functionality, in a responsive Wordpress design that works equally well on all devices.

Winter Fest
We were deeply involved with programming and marketing of the 2016 SJZ Winter Fest, featuring a powerful lineup with John Scofield, Joe Lovano and Nicholas Payton.
