Now in its fifth decade, San Francisco’s famed Blue Bear School of Music is well known for rock, blues and community outreach programs. We worked with Blue Bear’s senior staff to develop a detailed and well-organized institutional story, persuasive class descriptions, effective testimonials, exciting action photography and a striking new brand look. These efforts have had a positive impact on both earned and contributed income.
An exciting 68-page catalog provides a guide to the classes, workshops and outreach programs of the Blue Bear School of Music. Also useful as a tool for fundraising, emphasis is placed on their rich history as a community organization.
We produced a direct mail solicitation package called “Feed the Bear” to encourage contributions to the school. Messages, photos and graphic design were adapted from the catalog to work in a handsome tri-fold brochure format.
Morphist set up and managed several photo shoots in classrooms, in San Francisco concert venues and in various outreach locations to provide a comprehensive new image archive for Blue Bear marketing materials.
